What We're Looking For...

We are looking for someone who loves games and the industry. You will spend most of your time working with Player XP our Community Insights platform. You will develop game insights and support our clients. You should have a passion for making the industry better and building high-quality products that supports studios that are easy to use.

What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background and passion for digital communities, social media and gaming to work on deilvering Product direction and insights to our clients. Preferably you will have previous experience as a Community Manager or Customer Support in the games indsutry.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Act as the champion of the Player XP, build relationships with clients, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Create content relevent to clients insights using Player XP.
  • Act as a Player XP evangelist, maintaining a deep understanding of client game content, and publishing activities in order to promote Player XP insights to our client community.
  • Engage with the product team, taking an active role in steering development of Player XP features based on client feedback, acting as a customer stakeholder in key decisions.
  • Keep our clients and team up-to-date on all the biggest content trends. Produce weekly content reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • 3+ years’ experience of running community management or social media communications.
  • Excellent communication, presentational skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally across all levels of business and studios.
  • Strong understanding of digital community culture and norms. Knowledge of the social media and content ecosystem, trends and formats.
  • Passion for and experience working with games in the social/community space.
  • Proven experience working and managing digital communities, social media marketing and or content strategy across gaming and/or entertainment brands or digital/social media agencies with a focus on engagement and growth.
