We have staff with safeguarding responsibilities are fully DBS checked and possess extensive experience in Crown Prosecution services working with vunerable people. All supervising staff have Mental Health First Aid training. We are experienced in supporting individuals who are NEET, neurodiverse, and those with learning disabilities. Your first day will be a smooth and welcoming experience. You will be greeted by your supervisor, who will be your work buddy and ensure you have everything you need. You'll receive a welcome tour, meet the team, get a briefing on your tasks, and be set up with any necessary tools.
The duration of a placement at Hertzian varies depending on the course you are enrolled in. Placements can range from a few weeks to up to six months.

Yes. Upon completion of your program, you will be given a certificate and a badge from Hertzian as official recognition of being "Industry Ready."
While we can't guarantee a permanent role, some of our interns have been offered full-time positions at Hertzian based on their performance and our business needs. We are always looking for great talent.
