By using the Hertzian website (together with its affiliates, “Player XP” or “us”/“we”/“our”) websites (the “Sites”), mobile applications, or any services offered by the Hertzian network of properties (collectively with the foregoing, the “Services”), you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the use, collection, processing, and transfer of your information as described herein. 1.3 Recruitment and Job Applicant Data

When you apply for a position with Hertzian, we collect and process personal data specifically for recruitment purposes. We collect contact details, employment history, qualifications, CVs/resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and interview notes.

Recruitment Retention: If your job application is unsuccessful, we will securely retain your recruitment data for up to 6 months to consider you for future opportunities, after which it will be deleted. You may opt out and request deletion at any time. If you are hired, this data becomes part of your employee record.

Hertzian employs a variety of security technologies and procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized disclosure of, access to, and use of Information that we collect or receive. You can update or correct personal information (e.g., your email address) by accessing your account. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, restrict the processing of, or delete your personal information.
