Hertzian created the PlayerXP product to help the games industry understand their customer base and use data to be the voice of the player. We are currently expanding our product suite and would love for our new team member to help sell across multiple industries.

What We're Looking For...

We are looking for a passionate and friendly individual to provide sales and client negotiations. Through this role, you will have a close working relationship with prospective clients across multiple industries, focusing on Games,  Entertainment and Media with our PlayerXP product, and other industries including Fashion , Health and Professional Services for other Hertzian products. You will help clients improve their brands and product/service offering through adoption of the Hertzian suite of products. The ideal person for this role will excel at generating sales opportunities, will be an excellent communicator and will have understand the principles of sales.

What You'll Do

The main function of this role will be to promote and sale of Hertzian products to new or existing customers, helping them to become familiar with us as a brand and our product suite. This will be done through working with our commercial team, specifically Product and Business Development Managers and attending events.
Objective of the Role:
  • Championthe product to drive new sales.
  • Manage abook of business, ensure renewals and eliminate churn with existing clients.
  • Create sales documentation which communicates technical informationeffectively to potential clients.
  • Attend relevant events, maintain relationships, share updates and answerqueries from clients.
  • Act as primary liaison between the company and external clients. Youwill be responsible for demoing the product, and completing the full salescycle.
  • Provide events scheduling, and proposal documentation where requiredacross other commercial areas of business.
  • Be a customer advocate; sharing key feedback with product anddevelopment teams.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop trusted and long-term engagements, driving new business, focusedon enterprise accounts, and building customer relationships.
  • Build relationships with clients, and be able to identify gaps in theirworkflow, showcasing where our products can benefit them.
  • Identify, and qualify leads for Hertzian across all relevant markets.
  • Drive long-term product adoption with Hertzian products.
  • Grow and effectively manage sales pipeline, using CRM tools. Keep anupdated and accurate pipeline.
  • Working closely with commercial team to identify new and existing leads.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and produce robust salesreporting.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record driving enterprise accounts with a focus on growth and expansion.
  • Passion and enthusiasm forsolving problems and helping people navigate challenges while working independently.
  • Proficient in Google Business Suite and JIRA
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to learn new products easily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
  • Background in or an understanding of the working of major games and entertainment industries.
  • Experience working within a SaaS-based company.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.

Salary:
Starting Salary 25,000-35,000 GBP
Commission depending on salary and experience 1-2%
