For context, Digital Futures Cornwall is an organisation dedicated to providing the people of Cornwall with the training and skills necessary to thrive in the digital world. From lessons that instruct individuals on how to use simple, everyday programs like Microsoft Office to extensive courses that offer in-depth teaching on complex technologies, Digital Futures Cornwall helps people from many backgrounds acquire the skills they need.
Since our inception, Hertzian has been a company driven by the potential of evergreen talent. Similar to Digital Futures Cornwall, we’ve strived to bring those with significant potential and provide them not only with the opportunity to grow, but also the opportunity to be compensated alongside it. This ideal culminated in the creation of the Academy of AI, an organisation that operates similarly to Digital Futures Cornwall in how it offers promising talent the opportunity to establish, develop and refine their skillset so they gain a full understanding of AI technology, allowing them to thrive in AI-adjacent industries.
