This recognition is deeply meaningful to us because it isn’t based on corporate metrics or external speculation, as it is derived entirely from direct, anonymous feedback from our own team. At Hertzian, we’ve always believed that our biggest innovations and successes come from lifting each other up and creating an environment fueled by trust, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Lately, our collective culture of growth has truly shone through on both regional and national stages. It’s been an incredible season of watching our people thrive individually, which, to us, matters most:

• Our CEO, Chris Weavill, was recently named a finalist for AI Champion of the Year at the National AI Awards.
• Senior Lead Developer Christian Dove was recognised as one of Cornwall’s rising stars in the “30 under 30” awards.
• Apprentice Software Developer Dylan Foster Slack was featured by Digital Futures Cornwall for his outstanding progression.
